hugging the ice in your ICE bath. like omg. all this just to keep you awake mind you, this happens whn its 2-3am ! omg. and he only had 1h45 mins of SLP ALTOGETHER for the five days. like OMGGGG. thats MAD lahh. insane.he said there was even one point where they had to go running with full pack, his friend was running halfway, through their third round, he suddenly went abit whoopsy and fell down HE FELL ASLEEP WHILE RUNNING. how bad is that. my brother said he was drinking water once and whn he put down his cup, he wanted to swallow his water, he fell asleep. and choked on the water. OMGG. and many others. insane. MAD.and my brother lost his voice.

anyhow, i went fencing trng ytd !
hahaha gawd, it feels funny after three weeks not trng.
